Payment Policy

A 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
The final balance will be due according to the applicable booking terms and conditions.
The Flexible Rate is not applicable to bookings of 5 or more rooms.
Travel from 16 January to 14 December.

The following cancellation fees apply to cancellations or amendments:

30 days or more prior to arrival: 7% of the total booking value.
15–29 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total booking value.
8–14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking value.
7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking value.
No-shows and early departures: 100% of the applicable booking value.

Non-refundable and promotional bookings:

100% non-refundable from the time of booking.
Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment within 24 hours and will be 100% non-refundable if cancelled or amended.
Festive Season: 15 December to 15 January
Cancellations or amendments made more than 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
Cancellations or amendments made 21 days or less prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value.
Reservations made within 21 days of arrival require full payment and will be 100% non-refundable if cancelled or amended.

Non-refundable and promotional bookings: 100% non-refundable from the time of booking.
